● Monthly payments are non-refundable once collected.
● Missed payments may result in suspension of your cover until your account is brought up to date.
● We reserve the right to cancel your plan after repeated missed payments.
5. Annual Service
Your annual service becomes available once your account has been active for 12 consecutive monthly payments unless otherwise agreed.
If your property requires additional work beyond a standard service, we will provide a quotation before carrying out any extra work.
6. Appointments
Customers must provide reasonable access to the property.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation charge.
If we attend and cannot gain access, a failed attendance charge may apply.
7. Repairs
If faults are discovered during servicing:
● We will explain the issue.
● A quotation will be provided before repairs are undertaken.
● Repair costs are not included within either service plan.
8. Priority Service
Priority service under the Plus Plan means your appointment will be scheduled ahead of standard customers where reasonably practicable. It does not guarantee same-day or next-day attendance.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
● Maintain safe access to the equipment.
● Inform us of any known faults before attendance.
● Ensure electricity and water supplies are available where required.
● Notify us if they move property or change contact details.
10. Cancellation
By the Customer
You may cancel your plan at any time by giving 30 days’ written notice.
If you have already received your annual service before paying the equivalent of 12 monthly payments, we reserve the right to invoice you the difference between the payments made and the standard one-off service price.
By Air Heat Services UK
We may cancel your plan if:
● Payments remain outstanding.
● Abuse or threatening behaviour is directed towards our staff.

We shall not be liable for:
● Existing faults or defects present before our attendance.

● Loss of heating resulting from component failure outside the scope of the service.
● Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of earnings.
